Our printed apparel products (t-shirts, tank tops, yoga pants, hats) are fulfilled by our printing partner and are shipped from their facilities in Los Angeles, CA, Charlotte, NC, and Riga, Latvia. Once your order is placed and you order is printed, you can expect the following delivery times:
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 business days of ordering.
Orders with flat rate selected will ship with the least expensive shipping method available (economy or no rush).
We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end-address. You’ll see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email.
Note that economy, no rush, and flat rate shipping options may not have tracking available. Overnight, express, and standard options will always have tracking.
All orders non-apparel products are shipped directly from our suppliers and are generally shipped using ePacket shipping services. You can expect delivery within 2 to 4 weeks.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
* Please note that for international orders, we do offer an option to ship you order with duties paid and with a tracking number - with this option there is less chance of it being held up in customs. Otherwise we do not take responsibility for customs fees.
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
Check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at Customer Service noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Also, occasionally a tracked shipment will be marked as delivered, or will indicate that a delivery was attempted but was not successful. Contact the shipping carrier for more information - but from personal experience, if the package hasn't been stolen or accidentally delivered to a neighbor's address, it may show up within the next business day or two.
