Estimated Shipping Times For Printed Apparel

Note that if you are ordering multiple items, your shipment may arrive in separate deliveries.

Our printed apparel products (t-shirts, tank tops, yoga pants, hats, etc.) are fulfilled by our printing partner and are shipped from their facilities in either Los Angeles, CA, Charlotte, NC, Riga, Latvia, Toronto, Canada, UK, Mexico, Spain, Japan, or Australia - or a combination; depending on shipping address and available stock at each facility.  Once your order is placed and you order is printed, you can expect the following delivery times - note that every delivery option may not be available in your area:

      • Overnight (next business day delivery in the US)
      • Express (1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally)
      • Standard (3-5 business days in the US and internationally, 3-6 days in Canada)
      • Economy (5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-10 days internationally)
      • No rush (10-20 business days internationally)
      • Flat rate (10-13 business days in the US, 11-17 days in Canada, 10-25 days internationally)

Your order will be sent out on within 3 to 7 business days of fulfillment.

Orders with flat rate selected will ship with the least expensive shipping method available (economy or no rush).

We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end-address. You’ll see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email.

Note that economy, no rush, and flat rate shipping options may not have tracking available. Overnight, express, and standard options will always have tracking.

International Shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees.  For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

* Please note that for international orders, we are not responsible for customs fees or duties.

What if my order never arrived?

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

Check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.  If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at Customer Service noting your order number.  We'll see what can be done.

Also, occasionally a tracked shipment will be marked as delivered, or will indicate that a delivery was attempted but was not successful.  Contact the shipping carrier for more information - but from personal experience, if the package hasn't been stolen or accidentally delivered to a neighbor's address, it may show up within the next business day or two.
